Please contact me within 3 days of delivery, and ship the product(s) back within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Q: What are the conditions for a return to be accepted?
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition. A full refund cannot be provided if the item is damaged, used, or not in its original condition. Additionally, returns are not accepted for customized/personalized orders and sale items.
